Please follow these steps for a trouble-free upgrade of the Connect Client:
1. Read the Release Notes.
2. Schedule training on the new Connect Client before the upgrade. Simply email us at email@example.com to schedule a time that works for your company.
3. Verify your PC or Mac meets the operating system version requirements. The supported versions are listed in the “Connect for Windows and Mac Requirements” section of this document.
DO NOT perform the following steps until after the June 2nd upgrade date.
4. Uninstall the Communicator Client software.
5. Install the new Connect Client.
6. Schedule additional training as needed.
